Sled Pulls are such an amazing drill. You didn't say anything about stepping behind the hips when driving with those first initial steps. Athletes often tend to step in front of their center and break their own momentum! These exercises are also good for developing the strength to get comfortable with the strikes. It's so fun to break down, analyze and apply!
