Something that caught my eye was you talking about setting small goals and reaching them, moving up and up is a great way to improvements, which I think is a great message. So I hear your goal for 100k, but maybe aim for 50k and hit that soon first? You're at about 30k, I definetely hope you hit 100 and beyond but i just thought it was funny how you set yourself such a big goal, after talking about the positives of small goals!

Thank you terron, I been subbed to you for about a year now and usually I would just take your amazing notes and adjust your workout to how I wanted it... but this time i followed it completely from begging to end and it’s now been about 10hrs since the workout and my chest has a great pump and that beautiful sweet and sore feeling that I’d usually only get a day after my workouts... thank you sooo much and I will follow these routines from begging to end from now on, have a good year and I hope you have the best life possible :)

I agree about the football stuff. There's so many channels that show lifting , but none really focus on athleticism Terron is clearly 10x more athletic than people who have bodybuilding channels and I'm assuming it's his football drills that help. It'd be cool to see him go over stuff in detail for overall athleticism . It would help young high school guys trying out for football, and it'll help people pursuing bodybuilding become more athletic too

I think it would be a good idea when you're doing you're single arm 105 bench dumbbells to carry at least like a 50 pound dumbbell on the opposite side and alternating to keep you stable and it even on the bench' just a suggestion to keep your weight down that way you don't have to jerk the weight up and actually use better slow & concentrated mind and muscle connection form to go at least 120, you do a good job at it with just a free handed tho.
