What. He has very strong legs, but still he lacks flexibility in his upper body. Look at his arms/elbows position, only about three fingers per hand holding the bar.

No its not. He knees are acualy over loading, your knee shouldnt go past your shoe laces. Hence why he says heb took time of to heal his knees. Lol cos he is over loading. With a perfect squat form. Your kneees should bearly move. Lead with the arse and the hips. Not with the knees

How do you safely squat with those plates under your feet? I used to squat a lot like everyday but my form was not as low as I would like I dropped to much into my hips causing a muscle imbalance...i love squatting but I need help in developing good form and technique.

Good evening still watching a couple your videos I find it hard to squat heavy not because I can't push the weight because the bar puts too much pressure on my shoulders I guess that comes from years of wrestling I wanted to know if you can make any videos with other ways to workout your legs besides the squat I understand that that's the king of lower body workouts but it's just something about putting that bar on my back brother High bar and low bar just too much tension on my shoulders

not super experienced, but I thought you are supposed to squat with the weight on your heels to make it better on your knees. but he is fully on his toes. he normally seems to focus on healthy lifts, so I am probably wrong, I just want to hear what people have to say

Taylor Berry-Maraist He isn't fully on his toes. Pushing off of the middle of your foot is what he is doing. The plates underneath his heel are there to make up for some of the lack of mobility he has in his ankles.
