No its not. He knees are acualy over loading, your knee shouldnt go past your shoe laces. Hence why he says heb took time of to heal his knees. Lol cos he is over loading. With a perfect squat form. Your kneees should bearly move. Lead with the arse and the hips. Not with the knees

not super experienced, but I thought you are supposed to squat with the weight on your heels to make it better on your knees. but he is fully on his toes. he normally seems to focus on healthy lifts, so I am probably wrong, I just want to hear what people have to say

Taylor Berry-Maraist He isn't fully on his toes. Pushing off of the middle of your foot is what he is doing. The plates underneath his heel are there to make up for some of the lack of mobility he has in his ankles.
