3:37 "as long as there's a premium" You accidentally said the quiet part out loud. None of this works if that collapses, like it did in 2022.

I think trading with an expert is more preferable for those with little knowledge about crypto trading mostly now with the market condition.

interesting day on the price action today for MSTR... no?
@jacksonsoundcloud28 күн бұрын
You mean, reduce your bitcoin holdings? You could buy 3x the amount of bitcoin MSTR holds for the amount it would take to buy MSTR the company. Lol! "Exploits in the capital markets", ponzi ideologies that think they found an infinite money glitch. MSTR buying BTC with borrowed money never changes the net asset value. It just leverages your balance sheet. IT IS JUST LEVERAGE. IT'S NOT NEW. The only way MSTR shares make sense versus bitcoin would be for MSTR somehow triple its bitcoin holdings per share without increasing its liabilities or diluting shares, which it can't do. Anytime MSTR issues debt to buy bitcoin, the person who bought bitcoin instead of MSTR shares could just take out debt to do the same exact thing, or simply increase their leverage/margin on the position, which anyone can do on any BTC trading platform. The MSTR holder will never own as much bitcoin as the BTC investor if they are equally leveraged, because the MSTR holder bought bitcoin for 3x what it was worth through MSTR shares.

You know what Satoshi said? If you aren't interested in learning I don't have time to teach you.

If you converted 1 Bitcoin into MSTR shares a year ago, you would have tripled the amount of Bitcoin you had, converting those same MSTR shares back into Bitcoin at the present MSTR value.

You really don't understand any of this. Everything you said is wrong. When MSTR issues shares ATM (at the market) it creates more shares which would ordinarily be dilutive, except that with mNAV around 3, using that money to buy BTC increases BTC per share which is accretive. So again and as usual you are WRONG! MSTR CAN increase BTC/share which is by definition accretive NOT dilutive. This is in fact a key performance metric. BTC yield (increase per share) is running near 30% YTD! Give it a few years and we'll have your "triple BTC/share". Your example of a person taking out debt to do the same thing is WRONG! First because "a person" can't borrow at MSTR rates. Second because "a person" can't borrow using convertible bonds. And third because "a person" doesn't participate in a trillion dollar capital environment with a billion dollar trading volume PER DAY! FINALLY MSTR structures these so they don't even have to pay interest, the bonds convert early at a profit for the bond holders AND MSTR! This isn't conjecture either but what is already happening! Do you not even understand the difference between "a person" and a $50B corporation? Evidently not! Ponzi was a person. Not an ideology. Ponzi took money from late investors to pay early investors. None of which applies here. Throw this on the pile of stuff you got wrong. You're connected to the internet. Try and use it once in a while to learn instead of publish nonsense for all the world to see.
