How To Increase Your Jump - Avoid This 1 Mistake - Postural Alignment
In this video we answer a question from Ahmed:
He says he is having trouble getting his broad jump or precision jump down. He feels no matter what he does, he is not able to get the control and power he feels he should get with his jump.
Jonathan shows breaks down the precision jump and explains 1 mistake that could be causing Ahmed's frustration.
So make sure to avoid this mistake while training your precision jumps or broad jumps in parkour.
And if you implement the trick Jonathan shows you, you are going to see an increase in your jump power and control.
As always train safe and see you in the next video!
Make sure to subscribe, like, comment, and share!

Best parkour teachers on the net. Easy to follow, never come off as condescending. If you guys find some time those flow drills are killer like the one you did with no obstacles, coffee grinder coin drop and that.... maybe one for if you can manage to find some simple obstacles? We don't all live in a secluded hut on tatooine.

This is interesting because Mark Rippetoe has been teaching people neutral alignment in his squat technique and it requires lifters to look slightly forward but not down or straight ahead. I think it was and may still be controversial in the lifting community, but it does work.

+TappBrothers I see in some video, they said :"If you want to have the most powerful webster kick or want to do a webster, you have to break the limit of your leg, that mean your leg can make 90 degree with your body". Is that right ? When i do the webster, i feel like my leg doesn't kick powerful enough to be a webster or i not jump high enough ?, it like me do the 1 foot jump frontflip @@ my leg can't do 90 degree with my body like they said :( If you can make a video webster tutorial that will be great too :) sorry for bad english :)
