Just to help each other out👇🏾 the steps I recommend the watch the whole video! 1. Plan the day, hour by hour, the night before. 2. Get ride of those distractions! - use inbox pause. To deal with emails at a certain time/ delete apps / use freedom to disconnect yourself from the internet 3. Learn to Prioritize! !Dont confuse busy with productivity! 4. Parkinson's Law. Creating you own deadline shorter than usual to complete the task. 5. Audit your own performances. Be self auditing. In a reflective way! Ask yourself: these 5 questions: at 10:80 6. Be ACCOUNTABLE! Its okay to share the things you wanna achieve. Iron sharpens Iron! So find a friend who help you to be more productive!

I love these tips, Patricia! One of the biggest ways, I 've found that I've become more productive is not picking up my phone the first 30 minutes I wake up. So social media, missed phone calls, and emails are on pause. I pour into myself first. Then I offer myself to the world. As an entrepreneur, it was imperative for my mental health and emotional health.

I am Ms. Baldie you can do it, hun! I set a goal for myself no Instagram for 30 days on the 11th March 2020 and deactivated my account even though it was my business account and honestly, I have noticed a huge difference in my productivity. If you have an iPhone set the Screen Time and use your phone as normal for a week then look back at your Screen Time activity. You will be surprised! How many hours we spent in non-productive stuff. 💕

Consistency is my area of trouble lol. I can definitely set aside some time for myself to get certain tasks accomplished, have them written down and even give them a specific time to do them in. But exhaustion takes over, I get home from work the night before not writing anything down and ruining my progress. I’ll end up forcing myself to get things done, just ends up being late in the night, but I will still at least feel like I’ve accomplished all or at least part of my goals. One of the books I refer to myself with is The One Thing, forces you to not to try and worry about all the little goals you have and concentrate on that ONE main goal that will have a positive affect by finishing it. So I try to remind myself that if I don’t get to all the little goals, try to concentrate on accomplishing that ONE THING! Thanks for the vid sis ❤️

As a freelance writer and KZbinr, planning ahead helps me get productive the next day. I make my lists on my Samsung note application for the next day the night before I got to bed. When I'm working at home, I keep my phone far away. My phone is in bedroom most of the time while I work. "Don't confuse being busy with being productive." - Patricia Bright 2020.

Planning ahead od time is a must! I also like to go to the library to get rid of distractions. And if I can‘t concentrate, I will set a timer for 1 hour to totally focus and tell myself I can have a little break after. It really helps to get concentrating (pomodoro method). I do set amounts of time for a task but they are very flexible, I think that‘s where I can improve 😁

On Tuesday 11th March 2020 I set a goal for myself no Instagram for 30 days, I deactivated my account even though it was my Instagram business account. I also deleted all social media app on my phone/iPad and I have screen time set up. I plan my schedule months in advance and set a day of the week to do each task. When I looked at my Screen Time on my iPhone I show that so I was spending 16-20 hrs a week on social media app and other nonsense, I said to myself what about if I use those hours in doing things to accomplish my goals and that was it for me. I said enough is enough! Currently, I listen to a lot of podcasts that way I don't have to look at the screen. Certainly, my productivity has improved a lot and currently, I don't feel like I need social media in my life - except KZbin because I have my channel. 💕😊
