I just had an idea for another video: "how to minimize building up damage in Boxing". I'm not talking so much about style (work on your defense!) but about everything else around.

So good! I love how you explain ideas. Often a coach says do this without explanation or telling you the something is wrong but not explaining why. You present in shades of gray rather than black and white. Oh and yes - scapular protection! Someone might get into a push-up position and then drive the fist into the ground. No pushup is performed - only that last couple inches of height

I think it’s a bit misleading when coaches tell us to raise our shoulder. Really stretching out the arm and tucking in the chin, it more or less happens naturally. Love the way you teach. It makes sense.

Not every punch should have shoulder fully extended. Should mix it up with half punches
