I picked up boxing during a difficult time in my life, and it helped me to build my self-worth. Now, I've been training for nine months, and your videos have helped every step of the way no matter how much of a beginner I was. My favorite video of yours that I use frequently is your video about throwing roughly 500 punches in 10 minutes through combinations you're calling out. It's an amazing workout and a great way to work on fundamentals. As time goes on, I've even implemented my footwork and head movement into that same 10-minute routine, and it's done wonders for my conditioning. Training with a trainer, something amazing, is strength, speed and everything you need in boxing. I have an idea, maybe the coach will like it. I suggest recording the material for VR, it could knock you to your knees and be something innovative

@@PrecisionBoxing How do you think we should box when we are fasting? I can eat twice a day. 4 am and 7 pm. Is boxing 2 hours after eating good? For example, 9 p.m. But I can't eat anything after that. Is this bad? I never fasted and boxed at the same time.

@@vwennsI have done it before and you can do well but some days it’s harder. If you can train 2-3 hours after eating that is good. But don’t worry about it too much. Just do as best you can and be consistent. In the long run that is most important
