You need to plat Nowhere prophet. It's a grid based roguelike deck builder, and it's very unique and good (and hard)

I can't disagree with that more. That game is awful. It has the most intentionally obnoxious AI ever created in a game. I'd rather play against an obnoxious blue deck in Magic The Gathering. That game is one of my biggest purchase regrets I've made on Steam that I didn't refund.

Very important to note that _all the cards_ come from a single deck. So if your opponent has the card you need then don't waste gems trying to draw for it.

On the slim chance that someone reads this comment AND hasn't checked that series out: go check it out now! It's literally magical. And fun. And it's Reto playing a card-based RPG, you're gonna love it!

For me, more than the graphics of Aces&Adventures, it was the sense that Reto was on a actual quest: each enemy encounter fit within an overarching story that I wanted to know more about. Each choice of direction and in-run item seemed tighter and more impactful. The enemies seemed to have more personality and uniqueness, and I personally resonated more with the combat style. Overall this game seems fun and perfectly watchable, it just doesn't seem as captivating and awe-inspiring. Peace out 🙏🏼

@@DonHousiferBMI yeah, I guess to me, the sense of building a run/character in this game is way more compelling - A&A felt more like an RPG, with limited, planned-out progression, whereas this embraces the madness and limitlessness of single-player roguelikes full-force - more to my taste, but I can see where the opinions differ.
