I only had my old GoPro 7 with me, so please excuse the poor video quality. Are these walks to discover new places of interest to you? Let me know in the comments.

That looks like a great walk, loved the shots and of course the bonus spitfire !! Thanks for bringing us along
@SimonBurnCreative2 жыл бұрын
A spitfire flies over the white cliffs multiple times daily, and is always a pleasure to see and hear. Not as dramatic a coastline as southern Ireland Darren, but does the trick until I can visit your region! Thanks for coming along with me on this little walk by watching, and appreciate the comment mate.

Thanks Neville. Yup, a very nice bit of coast around these parts. Some nice climbs too, to keep the arteries open. 😁

Enjoyed this Simon. We’re in Dorset this week and have enjoyed the coastal paths. I do love a good footpath!
@SimonBurnCreative2 жыл бұрын
Cheers mate, hope you're well and having fun in Dorset. Lovely place Dorset, better coast down there than Kent, for sure. I do believe coastal footpaths may be my favourite of walks.

Great vid Simon, what a fun day! I love in the UK (watch a lot of UK landscape photogs) you guys have all these paths through farmers fields and these great little gates in the fences to access them...and no one cares! That would never happen here...I really need to visit the UK.
@SimonBurnCreative2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Jason, yes, the UK does have great walking paths. I wish I could go back there more often. But hey, you've got amazing coast!

It's a wonderful coastline, i was supposed to be in Sandgate today which was a substitute trip to Berlin both fell through. Oh well great video Simon
@SimonBurnCreative2 жыл бұрын
I know Sandgate well, rather flat, but nice never the less. Berlin sounds like fun, hope you get to go eventually. Thanks for taking time to watch and comment, much appreciated Paul.

a very nicely put together video portraying what you'll find ... a live photo location book transcript! ... only negative don't like the loud music but very watchable!

Sorry about the loud music, but so glad you enjoyed the video. Appreciate you taking time to comment, thank you.

That was excellent! I did the very same walk about 3 weeks ago, carrying my Fuji XT4 and had a great time, despite an utter absence of clouds which made the sky a bit...well, you know. Its a walk I've done before but still love. I got a lot from your Lake District vids in particular (I'm going that direction soon) so I'd certainly enjoy discovering new walks. Freedom from the tripod is great, too!
@SimonBurnCreative2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Chris! I've started to explore on foot more with my camera and just one lens, and have done a few walks in Kent, but Deal to Dover was definitely my favourite so far. Freedom from a tripod is refreshing, but I noticed I still had the tripod plate on the camera, so was carrying extra weight for nothing, lol. Cheers 🍻

A Nikon Z camera and a 10 mile coastal work....what's not to like. :-)
@SimonBurnCreative2 жыл бұрын
Absolutely, especially the ASP-C choice we have, as you well know. 🙂 Are you considering the new Z30? I was thinking about replacing my awful GoPro!
@jbairdexp2 жыл бұрын
@@SimonBurnCreative Apart from the recording tally light, the Z30 offers nothing over my Z fc...in fact, it's not as good as it doesn't have an EVF. :-)
@SimonBurnCreative2 жыл бұрын
@@jbairdexp No, of course not as good as either the Zfc or Z50, but the Z30 is a useful vlogging camera I thought. Of course, that's when I use the Z50 as my main photography camera and need to film that with something. I forgot, you use your Zfc as your vlogging camera, and your Z7 as your photography camera. That's a great combo!
@jbairdexp2 жыл бұрын
@@SimonBurnCreative Indeed, Z fc for video and Z7 for stills. A great combo indeed!
