Incredible Dehydrated Banana Powder Recipe

To make banana powder, slice your bananas thin into little circles. dehydrate them until they are crispy. I prefer to use the temperature 117°F for about 24 hours.
Once the bananas are crispy, you can eat them as is, or grind them into a powder. Banana powder makes a great flavoring and it is preserved to last months.

Yes, these are ripe bananas. You can use unripe bananas and it will be more starchy and less sweet, unripe are better for flour, ripe are better as a sweetener.

Technically it is banana flour, but does it replace wheat flour? No. Wheat flour has gluten which this doesn't so it won't work the same way, but you can probably use it for pancakes and other applications.
