Mark, I am watching the video and I haven’t heard the price yet. Just curious. We are not planning on selling and buying right now, but plan on downsizing later on down the road. Honestly, this honestly is lovely, but way too big for us. And NO basement next time.We live on a raised ranch now and our next home needs to be one level and no basement. We live in Woodstock. They are building some of those 55 plus homes here and they are a HUGE ripoff! They are 2 story and way too big for older people. Then they want hundreds of dollars a month, for HOA fees, yet there are no pools, tennis, etc., or any other kind of amenities. We were going to sell our home and downsize until we realized that the one level homes hear are few and far between and they want a fortune for the ones I have seen for sale.

I love 99.9% of everything I saw. My one and only complaint I guess is I wish the kitchen had more countertop space. Other than that, this is exactly what I am looking for..me and my husband are aiming to start the home buying process in 2 years. We will definitely be using the Great Homes ATL team.
