I literally spit my coffee out when you showed the panorama from the property. I love how you displayed this beautiful town. I absolutely could envision going to the festival tonight with the fam! The exposed rock is incredible!! The views from the patio absolutely spectacular. Beautiful home especially the kitchen and living. My goodness. You can’t buy a studio apartment here in Vegas under $250000. To think you could have this paid off for less than half the price is absolutely bonkers!!!

In your videos, can you explain what "All Taxes and Fees" includes? Also, it would be helpful to know how far from these homes is a hospital located (distance and time) and ... what's the winter weather like. Enticing, and great views. Upstairs bathroom, ceiling, and terrace were great. Stairs, despite their number, were attractive. Car to kitchen looks like a trek. But there were a few items that you left out…Fly screens? How difficult to add air conditioning? What mess was behind the large doors in the 2nd bedroom? Why not show what is to the right side of the terrace?
