Great job! I especially liked the color of the sofa picking up on the cabinetry and though I'd have chosen differently, the globe lights echoing each other. That makes the whole room more intentional. It's now a very serene and spacious adult space. I also like that there is room for the couple to bring in their own touches. My one suggestion is that the new open bookshelf could use fewer "itty bitty" accessories & books with one or two substantial and weighty items. Something sculptural perhaps. Or larger plants with more industrial style containers. But that's personal and minor.

People keep saying the TV should be centred to the couch and I completely disagree! That TV is MASSIVE and would only look right centred on the wall. PLUS once it's mounted.. it ain't moving. @@psi_lucid Yes, outlets! I don't use loads of power but it's a practical limit. I had to add one & I have one wall with no outlets at all. I see great bookcases on sale that have to plug into the mains. My new book case will have battery LEDs. (I work in IT and you can get long rubber floor strips to cover a flex, but still.)
