"I wrote what I would like to say to beginning artists and I wanted this song to give them a message of strength. I know it's hard . . . . .even if you lose a little sleep, it will be alright. To be honest, it is not easy to be a musician. There are many kids who go without sleep, skip meals and dedicate themselves completely to music. It tore my heart out when Suga sang this at his last D-day concert in Seoul at the beginning of August. I saw it online. He was in tears and the audience sang the “Everything will be ok” part. The next day he started his preparations for military service and we did not hear from him until about 40 days later on a short “ see you in 2025” livestream. Within the week he started his alternate service on Sept 22. He finishes 6-21-25

One of the most beautiful songs he’s written. I’m in awe of his talent and the emotions he shares and evokes. Truly legendary music. Sakamoto has been a favorite composer/musician of mine since childhood so him collaborating on this song before he passed is incredibly meaningful. Woosungs chorus is hauntingly perfect.

The weirdest thing for me is not when people get mad if you dont like what they like, but when people get mad if you dare to like something that they dont like. Telling others that they cant possibly like this or that or they are stupid for liking that, allways amazes me. Let people like what they like and you can like what you like. I love Bts and Agust d especially and Im allways amazed how many people take offense to that, when it shouldnt make any differense to their lives 😂

Before Yoongi released his D-day album this song is from, my favorite solo track of his used to be "So far away" ( from his second mixtape D-2). Snooze is like a twin sister to it and he even incorporated his iconic "Dream... " phrases from So far away to the end of Snooze where he is reciting them directly after 16 x repeated " it will be ok. When I heard this song the very first time I broke down and couldn´t stop crying. Yoongi may have written it with junior colleagues in music industry in mind, but message of the song is universal and can apply to anybody who is going through struggles in life. I have never loved an artist like I love him because I have never felt so understood and so comforted by anybody´s music before. His music and incredible lyrics have been saving lives ( for real). He performed Snooze the last day of his world tour in Seoul ( day 3) and he got incredibly emotional. That day was beyond special. A concert to remember for the rest of my life :-) Thank you for reacting.

The weird situation with disliking a song happens on both sides. Like you said, it's weird to get offended by someone who dislikes your favorite song or artist. But it's also weird that some people feel the need to spew hate just because they don't like something. I mean, just dislike something normally, leave it alone and move on to stuff that you like. No need to insult the artist and calling them names, no need to insult the fans either. But some people actually go out of their way to hate.

Also a favorite of mine by Yoongi (aka Suga, aka Agust D). Woosung (from "The Rose") adds a beautiful element to the song as well, almost ethereal. Yoongi writes such touching, beautiful and important lyrics. You can really tell they come from his heart and he means everything he writes. Thanks for the reaction.

This is the reason i love Suga. He just knows how to produce good, inspirational music and he is not afraid to expose his own vulnerabilities to do it. It comes from the heart with personal experience that you can feel his authenticity and wish to pass on his life lessons that have helped him. I loved your commentary. I am 73 and have never seen so many young people that feel free to use the internet to insult, ridicule, threaten others. In the late 60’s the “hippies” thought they had the answer to life. Of course, they matured and most realized how naive they had been. But today’s young, go way beyond being smug in their youth. And, unfortunately, there is a segment of our adult society that use them to give themselves more power.

Snooze is among my favourite songs by Suga (Agust D).his friend Woosung's voice is mesmerisingly beautiful. Listening to this song led me to investigate The Rose, Woosung's band, really good. Our brain works in a way that we naturally follow someone's line of sight when they're looking at something and talk about it. It is a bit awkward watching you react but facing the opposite direction you put the video to. So ppl process your's and the video's visuals separately, whereas if you faced the video it would be coherent and processed by the brain as a whole by default. So, I suggest you may wish to change your editing style in the future. I honestly don't click on reactor's if they face the opposite direction, Snooze is one of my fave tracks so this is an exception. Thanks for giving the song attention.

Ahhh. The rant around min 8... I agree, we can and should be allowed and accept to have different options, and we should not insult of offend over any mondane thing.. Maybe is expressions lik"Messi is and Ronaldo isn't " .. As I you like Messi more then others you could just say that" Messi is great" and not comparing with others, or with one in particular cause that implies that you dislike that person.. So that gives space for controversy as I like Ronaldo better... And you have eyour arguments, and I have mine... Things that can be avoided but simply not comparing, or offending. In person, between two, or a group of friends you can have this debate.. But online, thousand of opinions, espresseed in any kind of way cause they don't know each other... So you know, we should speak according to the situation. You speak one way with your friends, another with your parents, another at your place of work, another in circumstances new to you.. So.. Maybe there should be another way you express yourself online
