I watched the whole video and listened very carefully. The greatest thing we could change would be to allow producers to sell meat and eggs direct to public. A 3 day hygiene and safety course is all that's needed. People want to get in touch with their protein but the price of "farm gate beef" is ridiculous because it's still got to go through an abattoir and middle man which drives up the price. The reason each state has legislated against selling meat and eggs direct to public is because of global abattoir interests wanting profits and they influence the politicians. Contact your MP's and your state senators and demand true paddock to plate. It's not a hygiene issue - It's a political donation issue....

The truth is this so called eco types are closely related,the first three kings of the amaZulu nation raided cattle from amaSwati, baPedi,amaMpondo and baTlokwa,the so called Makhathini eco type can't be pure when you look at the history of the area they are from.

I had ngunis in Somerset West, near Cpt. Had a wild pig attack a calve overnight... Found the dead fully grown pig with the mother cow's broken off horn still stuck in the pig where it landed , she had tossed it away about three meters from where the attack had happened 😮
