My first botox was 27. I had the same 11s. 1st go I got a terrible migraine, but a few days later when it kicked in it was magical. It was worth another go. I just got it whenever I needed. The last time I was there, I had to tell her that next time, I want Volux XC on my jawline. She just said ok, didn't even get excited or offered suggestions. 😅 She was highly recommended and she is very sweet. The place has a great reputation and they have been in business for a long time. But if I come in and tell you, I'm serious about this, I have a budget of 6k to 8k a year to get injectables and facials done at your practice, let's plan and you don't react?! I have told her repeatedly and nothing. I had Botox for the first time at 49, and I'm 52 presently. Believe me, I have saved for this 😂😂😂😂 Top the fact that I discovered that Botox in my forehead keeps my tension headaches away. So every 4 months I'm there. The level of frustration is so high that right now, I have been researching other places here in Las Vegas, but of course, I want to be extra careful. I don't want to jump around. 😂😂 sorry for the long venting session!

I had filler done to my nasolabial lines a few times, spending a few thousands for it and done by a reputable cosmetic doctor, but it was a real waste of money. The filler is gone in a short few months and I am back to square one. Always look great right after treatment but always so temporary. That is why I am thinking of either PLLA or PCL products instead. Whereas for my lips, I just had a 0.75ml done and it has lasted me two years. It's time to top up a little bit. I also had under eye filler done and it was one of the best thing done to my face.

I am wondering...could you have just skipped the fillers and gone straight to Sculptra and had the same results? Or do you recommend both? Thanks so much for your comment! Great question. Yes and No. I could not have skipped the filler to her lips or under eyes because you can’t use Sculptra to these areas. Also filler is better for chin enhancements because it’s a thick gel and adds structure to the skin. I could have skipped her nasolabial folds though and treated that area with Sculptra instead of filler.

She looks great, I appreciate you showing a video as opposed to just photos because I was very interested in seeing how the smile line filler looked in motion, and it was not good, it rarely is, and doesn't make anyone any younger or better. I dont think in the video she addresses that herself, she only refers to smile lines in the context of sculptra, but she had filler there too. Was that filler disdolved before doing sculptra? Shall I assume that she didn't like the filler in her smile lines? I can see how sculptra might be a great improvement for smile lines, and I may consider it myself but filler seems to never work out for most people

Great questions and I was just talking with her about this. We did not dissolve her filler before doing Sculptra. The main reason I used filler the first time is because of a few reasons. One being we were doing a lip enhancement which can only be done with filler and so it made sense to treat her nasolabial folds as well with filler. 2, when someone has never had other injectables other than Botox, they may be better off seeing an instant result. I did suggest to her that Sculptra would be better long term because as we age, we age all over and I can treat multiple areas with Sculptra. I actually love correcting my smile lines with Sculptra, but I also use filler to the fine lines in the area of my smile lines, but I love the way Sculptra spreads and the fact that I don’t feel it, vs I can feel where my filler is. She also agreed that she also saw a better difference treating her smile lines w/ Sculptra vs Filler. As much as I love Sculptra, filler is great at correcting the superficial fine lines.

Ugh sorry but no, im 36 and only started botox this year and have not one wrinkle. So 25 is premature in my opinion. A decade of wasted money getting Botox if i did start at 25 not to forget that your body builds up a tolerance to Botox. So you'll need more and more

Please feel free to back up what you are stating with studies that actually show that most people who start Botox young will eventually build up immunity. You can put them here in the comment section because I have been doing this for years and I know other providers who have been doing this for several years and immunity it’s not been an issue and it’s not something that I worry about. I have heard of maybe 2 ppl in my life saying they were immune out of the hundreds of thousands of people who get Botox. Furthermore the people who get a lot of units for medical use don’t really build up immunity let alone the lower dosages in cosmetic use. I’m not saying it can never happen but we are probably talking about less than 0.5% or even less than that.

Love the transformation ❤️ My wife (41) has recently lost quite a bit of weight (from 177lbs down to 137lbs). Unfortunately, this resulted in visible loss of facial volume and looser skin on her face (sad, heavy nasolabial folds) and a lot of loose skin under her jawline and chin. Do you think Sculptra could solve the issue or should we pursue a fat transfer? And finally, is there a chance the skin will, at least partially, "bounce back" on its own, with time? Not sure if a certain amount of time is going to make the skin “bounce back.” When people who are overweight lose weight they can notice aging because the facial fat camouflaged facial aging if that makes sense, but I really can’t give advice without seeing the person.

I would love to hear your opinion on that plastic surgeon, Dr Kamar....who has an entire channel dedicated to telling people that 50 year olds and up are pretty much screwed if we cant afford a facelift. I went to several clinics asking for sculptra as I noticed I got some really light sagging in my cheek area. I always got rejected right away. I am 29 years old and have a round full face, but I have a normal body weight and work out. Wide check bones and still much volume in my face, but I am concerned because of the sagging. I also developed deeper dents above my smile lines as well. The doctors tell me I would look like a ballon if they injected more to my face. They suggested I could do an ulthera face lift, but I heard the user of that machine has to be super skilled as it really dangerous if used incorrectly. Does someone have suggestions what I can do which involves less risk and helps my face get back the thigtness that I lost? I might consider ulthera or Thermage when I am bit older, but it seems to be a bit overkill for me to do those treatments at my age.

yes I did, that's why I only commented about the lighting. You could make a designated area in your office with consistenet lighting for every patient on every day, so the results are better visible and there is no doubt about what shadow comes from the angle of the light and which is due to your amazing work. She has a video explaining sculptra and its recommended 1 vial per decade of age to see some results, and sculptra is not guarantee to work for everyone. Some see minimal results so its a gamble...and costly :(

With all the money spent on filler, you might as well save up for a top surgeon and get a face lift. If the first one is done early, it's not even noticeable. All those areas she mentioned improved by filler are restored by a facelift.

A facelift is an invasive surgical procedure. Not everyone wants to have surgery if there are alternatives. Also if you waited to get a facelift you would have to look older until you got the procedure done. That would mean someone in their 20’s who was starting to notice aging would have to do nothing until they were ready for a facelift. That’s not really a practical idea. @NaturalInjector Surgery isn't for everyone. There's no question a facelift will work better for things like jowls and under eye bags (if someone gets that done). The smile lines soften when the cheeks are lifted. Fill might create lift, but there's no comparison and filler can be overdone.

She should have just had her chin done. For the rest, it shows she had something done. Especially the nasolabial area and lips. You could also tell you had the same thing done. I get distracted by the way you talk, it's like you're not comfortable with the lip job you done to yourself. Still hoping for something more natural to be invented for nasolabial and lips.

I am actually experimenting with Sculptra to my neck. It depends on how much excess skin. Is the excess skin because of weight loss and how much loss of elasticity is there.
