I see 4 cars on the lobby panel, but only 3 elevators in the video. Was 1 car (probably the far right one) removed? Based on the sign, it looks like the middle car may be used as a service car. I wouldn't be surprised if it does run, but isn't in normal service (either in independent/attendant service, or turned off in some way). I looked up this building. I am surprised these elevators survived the major renovations this building received years ago. These elevators seem to be well maintained (looks like the lights in the lobby panel are being maintained, even the call lights which may often be neglected).

Fourth car had a hydro put in its shaft that serves B, 1, 2 in the office suites portion of the building.

A few. I was only driving through so I didn’t have a whole lot of time, but I stopped in a lot of other cities on my trip too.
