I called them and apparently they are suppose to be done being modded in mid 2019. I plan to go either at spring break or winter break just to make sure. I have dreams on getting some parts :)

BigKitty1011 I'd love to get parts too, but every other Fairmont property I've been to that has modded it's elevators has never given me parts when I've asked....

BigKitty1011 & Floridian Elevators There were denies in 2 Fairmont hotels I have heard. One said that “these parts are not for sale”, another one all they said that “there are no ways parts are to leave the hotel, and they are supposed to be thrown away”. Not sure if you (BigKitty1011) would understand this.

Agreed!!!! Yes, I messaged this hotel, and these are going to be completely replaced, and I'm also the one who told Vancity Elevators as well!!!! This place is pulling a Chateau Frontenac!!!!

These are VERY SIMILAR to what the Chateau Frontenac's old passenger lifts looked like. Only difference is they had different lights, carpet, were 17 stories, and had the Circle Lexan Style Touch Sensitive. But just the old ones in QC City before those got modded, they both had touch sensitive with brass COPs, handrails, indicators, real wooden wall and were both VERY BEAUTIFUL Until KONE raped the Frontenac's elevators last year and these are about to be raped by who knows who..... I will be in Victoria in March, I will hopefully find out....

Yes, I messaged the hotel, these are getting replaced later this year, just like what happened to the Chateau Frontenac last Spring. According to the lady I messaged, 2 of the elevators here, probably the ones with Vanity fixtures have just been replaced.
