This a great simple recipe and makes even store bought wraps taste good if you do not want to make your own. Most of the time we use crispy bacon rather than jamon ham. You can also flavour the butter you brush the outside with, just be careful not to burn any herbs and spices, flavoured oil works as well. My lad likes to dip it in ranch dressing, while i like sweet garlic chilli sauce for my dipping. Great for clearing the fridge to make different filling. Thanks for the recipe, especially showing how easy making wraps is, they are way better than the store bought ones. Take care, God bless one and all.

Love ❤️ the addition of oregano to the eggs…👍 The only thing I would add is to season the tomatoes… A little pepper or try Celery salt… really brings out the flavor of the tomato 🍅…
