Great follow-up, thanks. Good to hear that it can be used for the neck too even though it's off-label. Sadly it's still not available in Europe. Hopefully it will be eventually.

Thank you for the comprehensive Ellacor overview! As the doctor mentioned (and it's clearly visible in the before/after photos), the results are very moderate. Given the very overpriced cost of the procedure, I'm curious if there are any at-home alternatives to Ellacor? Similar to microneedling (another comparison the doctor made), we can buy a $9 dermaroller and achieve outstanding results over time. I would be happy to invest in something similar to Ellacor but for home use.

There's no comparison between derma rolling and micro coring treatments. Ellacore removes tiny plugs of skin. Your face is deaden for the procedure. The biggest change for me is round my mouth. I no longer have lip lines. My are fuller/smother. Ellacore is not a miracle, but an improvement. I am over 70.
