I'm so proud of SortedFood. They have grown so much over the years. I remember watching a video about how to cure a hangover back when they were still in Uni(I think). They've changed kitchens multiple times and now they have a studio and it's wonderful. I love these guys so much. I'm pretty sure we can all agree that they can bring smiles to anyone.

My dad makes the best gravy. Whenever he cooks meat in the oven, he cooks it over a tray of water and it makes it so good and keeps it from drying. He then uses the leftover water, adds flour, salt, pepper, chicken/beef stock and it tastes soooo good!!!

I'm from the South and we normally do our Sunday roast with collard greens and corn bread instead of yorkshire pudding. Because if we do serve pudding it's soft yummy banana pudding with vanilla wafers on top!

I normally don't eat a lot of potatoes, because they take so long - although I absolutely LOVE them. A couple days ago, I tried the polenta roast potatoes (only salt, black pepper and olive oil) and - oh. My. God. - they are THE BEST potatoes I've EVER eaten in my entire life!!😍😱🤤🤤🤤 They're even better than Jamie Oliver's "perfect roast potatoes", which are incredible and were a firm favourite ever since I've tried them! Well done, whoever came up with the recipe - Ben or James?👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😍 I just made them again today🤤😂
