Oddly enough I've also heard it said that tiny means an elite crowd. People judge what they can't or don't understand. Do what makes you happy. No one else lives your life. If tiny makes you happy then live it and love it. Best decision I've made in 20 years.

In 2017, I wired $20K to a Utah company, Upper Valley Tiny Homes, to build my tiny home floor plan and the owner closed shop and took over 100 people's deposits for home orders so the fact that you are still around and building homes all these years is kudos to you and your staff.

The tiny companies that went bankrupt were because they priced themselves out of the market. Not all but the majority of buyers are looking in the 30 to 50 thousand dollar range. Once they started pushing 75 and waaaay beyond those companies lost the market.

Love the new announcements: Bare Bones ESP' side door at bottom of stairs' rectangular dormers instead of triangular are all very good decisions in my humble opinion. Saves time and $, and gives the home owner more usable room in their homes. Your special pricing for the early purchasers while you work out the kinks was a good marketing move.

I love watch your videos. I would love to put one in my yard for guests . I live in farm country. I like the Murphy bed idea. Think a bedroom on first floor plus a loft one with stairway. Like the porch you did on one . Like the wider one and longer one with washer and dryer with full size fridge. Full stove with oven . I like that you leave finishing touches to customers. Keep up the great videos and builds. It’s pleasure to watch you videos.

Randy, you mentioned in one of you videos that you mother was having trouble with her legs. I have a condition with my legs that is called Peripheral Arterial Disease. I use a walker to get around. It has a seat to sit on if I get tired. The seat also lifts up to store items in it that I need like a small box of kleenex, my purse, etc. It also folds up when not in use. PS: I love you're Lexington model with the stars in the back. I'd just need a handrail to help with climbing the steps. Please tell your mama I said hi and thank you for raising such a wonderful son.💗

I hope to travel to your place there in TN to tour and talk with you. I like the $19K bare bones home that I can put some of my own touch into it. Love what you all are doing and your mission and passion. I would love for my husband and I to the proud owner of a tiny home someday. I have to convince him first 🥰 . So true that not everyone wants to build 200 houses per year. I think the difference is that you are building HOMES. Yes, some will be Air B&B’s, but many more will be a warm, secure roof over our heads, and it is clear that is your mission and passion statement, and when that is your mission, you will build them with wind at your back supporting you. Much love to everyone at ITH. 🥰

That kind of stereotyping is called classist or elitist classism...ranking or judging people according to their economic status. It's a terrible and destructive bias. Thank you for addressing it. Amanda..."I'll fight somebody over it!"...😂😂😂 you are so funny! Lol. Randy, classists are never satisfied. They always want bigger, better or more expensive. Every single thing you guys are doing is absolutely beautiful and comes from the purest place in your hearts. There is nothing classist or ugly about that. I do not associate with classists or elitists. They are never satisfied and they always have to judge people that they view as inferior to them in order to make themselves feel better. It is that insatiable need to be better than everyone else that drives them. We are all equal in God's eyes and nobody gets to take their material possessions with them when they leave this earth. My favorite people in the world are just down home, salt of the earth people...grounded in realism, kindness and a love of humanity and nature. Don't ever change who you both are and what you stand for. Being who you are is exactly why we all subscribe to your channel. Prayers for your Momma...💙

Randy, thank you for sharing your true hearts goal for our fellow family and friends. I used to be a director of dietary services, had to leave a 65,000 annual income job, 2013 placed on disability, cashed out on my 401 K, single parent of a special needs son and lost my home in 2015….I’m now in low income HUD housing. My poor monetary decision’s did not prepare me for the unexpected. Then one day, came across your channel, I have had a dream for my forever home to be in a custom built tiny home. I have researched pricing, models, locations, leaving my lifelong California town and can see at the end of the year in 2023, paying off my bills, raising my credit score to at least 650 credit score for financing. You have given me hope to find a place for $200 rental fee and finance my one day forever home. I’m used to isolating, but feel safe when I know my neighbors, never would I imagine undesirables shattering all that I’ve seen with you and the crew, the tenants interviewed and all the education on the technical side of the construction. I believe I can survive on disability income and live happily. And while my journey has started, I just need to look at the availability of healthcare needs to make the ITH community my new home. Everyday, I look in and watch videos I’ve missed, love the tours of the homes ready for delivery, gives me ideas on how I can modify to meet wheelchair needs when or if that time comes, Currently I use a walker. I ask that the lord blesses you with the goals you are working on, bless you for your big heart for your crew, your viewers and your desire to help others with their goals. Your pricing is unique, your approach to reach out is amazing! You don’t know any stranger, you enfold them into your world, I’m beyond other words to describe how much you have inspired me to make my dream come true, I can do this, my dream is reachable, my son lives in greenfield S. Carolina. Haven’t seen him since 2015. He was homeless after I lost our home. Good hearted people who never met him took him in and he’s been employed and housed with the same family and job. There are good people in this world, I’ve been blessed to have an opportunity to move close to him, yet far enough to not interfere and be Queen Nag…. One last note, when you shared about your childhood tapping, I was so touched you risked sharing such personal information. It showed another side of you. If I had two words to use to describe you, it would be Trusrworthy and a visionary that would give the shirt off your back to help your neighbor! And yes, the post with your music coming on, lifting spirits and renewing my dream’s tiny living, there in PA will come true…December 2023! I can do it! Hope I can encourage other retirees to come with me! God bless you Randy, Christina

@Carol Jackson, I own a 8x24 & it's perfect for just what you want in a 10x24 Randy always says it the sweet spot. That 4 extra feet you can have your own space to & on the ground level. I think once you seen one you would agree. Good luck hun. God bless you & your granddaughter, Chris from Missouri
