My experience has been very different than what is mentioned - I paid up front in November 2022 and am still waiting for my home to be built. I had to take out loans to provide the payment and each month I pay interest on those loans as I wait for even a BUILD DATE. Meanwhile I have watched as discounts are offered (ex. free mini-split that I paid $2,700 for) but I can't access those deals because I signed my contract and paid in advance. It's causing me an extreme amount of stress every day. I've never before paid so much ($30k) for a product that has no delivery date. When I signed in November I was told building would begin in January 2023. The contract pretty much says dates are flexible so I'm stuck without a home and in debt because of a bait and switch tactic.

That 4' wide closet in the Cottage could have upper & lower hanging rods - 8' for hanging clothes! ...or one 4' rod, with a dresser below. I think a full size (or twin) bed fits best, with room to change the sheets easily. Hello Randy & Amanda from Central ⛵ Lakes region New Hampshire! We have a serious housing shortage here. I have noticed abandoned Industrial parks around our state. I see no reason why " Modular Certified " tiny home parks could not be established in these areas within a state approved program. One that was vetted and managed by our housing division. An industrial park, like yours is usually situated on the outskirts of a town or city. There is electric, sewer, and water. Land that is going to waste in this time of need. ~ Diane

But could you buy a $15K RJO or an 8X20 add-a-box and attach to the side our back of the Incredi-cottage?? Granted the RJO would have to have the front entrance over hang removed and perhaps attached to the cottage about where the living room window would be on the cottage. Either way, turn the Cottage bedroom into your living room and use the RJO or Add-a-Box as your master bed/master bath suite? This give you two bathrooms. I think that would make a wonderful nice sized tiny home!

Have to say that I prefer the woody to the cottage. It's just too tight with the small area right in the small kitchen area with not much more than enough room for a couch. Also, I think it would have been better to put the bay window in the living area of the kitchen to make it feel bigger in there. My favourite houses are the Charleston and the Lexington. I might be wrong , but I don't see a ceiling in the bathroom of the Birmingham which I wouldn't like because of the lack of sound privacy for someone using the bathroom. I like four solid walls and a ceiling. I really like the $15,000 home and I would pay the extra for an egress window and sleep in the loft area.
