Holy Ground Realistate in Colorado, took my money for my Tiny House, then filed bankruptcy. I went to Randy and Amanda first. My daughter wanted me too go with Incredible Tiny Homes. Why would it matter if they are non-profit or not? I’ve looked, and watched EVERY THING I could on Tiny homes, for 31/2 years. Incredible Tiny Homes, is an amazing company. I’ve been there. There is a company 6 miles from where I’m renting. They are a good company. But they can’t offer any options other than a full build. Certainly not any diy at 15,000. I’m a senior and I Pray for the day I can live out my life there.

Randy: You ARE the tiny home destination for me! I've visited y'all twice in 2 years, from Indianapolis. 1st time to check it out for myself. So I arranged a vacation to the Smokies and Pigeon Forge, just so I could see it first hand. Then the wife and I planned a Tennessee vacation this year. We went first to Memphis to see Graceland. Then to Nashville for all of their grand sites and then we finished with y'all! Clear across Tennessee! We were amazed at how much y'all had grown in only one year! Of course we came to see all the new models! Unfortunately the Woody and the Cottage were not yet out of the warehouse yet:( We did get to tour all of the other models we liked :) I guess we'll have to come back next spring to see the Woody, Cottage, and maybe see the Mountain or Buffalo Creek. Always remember, y'all are one of a kind, THE TINY HOUSE DESTINATION!

I started looking for modular home builders in TN, and already found a couple today that offer WAY more home, as far as size, character, detail, quality, and general livability.. for a fraction of the cost. Not to mention that modular homes are real estate like stick built. Same loans and actually an asset that can appreciate.

Randy I have another idea. Using ur new add a box design. How about keeping it empty. The high end an electric pulley the hole wall comes down turns into a ramp can load a car, 4 wheelers, motor cycles, lawn mowers and equipment, carpenter equipment trailer, whatever. Electric pulley system means even a girl can handle loading and unloading whatever you want/need to haul.

Good for you, for opting for bifold doors vs. a space-eating slider. 🌟 Your customers will appreciate the extra wall area for a TV, absolutely. Or shelves, a tall cabinet or small table, etc, most certainly! 😊 (Re the disabled & elderly & the shower - they can very simply place a small bath bench inside the stall to sit upon & bathe - not a problem for most.)

@@american_woman there is no otger $15,000 tiny home on the market to compare exactly because they won't price it as such, factoring in higher profit margins and corporate greed. ITH builds to last at least 50 years, so I'd say they're using quality materials. Much has been reviewed and written about their excellent customer service. And their heart of gold is unmatched. Right motives = satisfied customers.

You should contact Maui County and see if you can setup a Tiny Home factory on the Island to help Lahina rebuild. See if the state will make the grassland around Lahina available for Tiny Home villages to house residents and workers while their homes and businesses in Lahina town is rebuilt. The vacated Tiny Homes becomes Affordable Housing for the Islands.

Yes, it's certainly something you can do to your I-Box. There is no reason for ITH to add decor before delivery, though, since everyone has different ideas, and it would just drive up the prices for nothing. Amanda did decorate one, and put a magnetic metal wall decor tree on the outside. It looks great.

I recently visited ITH, had a great visit with Tim and toured multiple models. Fell in love with the craftsmanship and quality of the homes. We would love to get a lot on Buffalo Creek to put an ITH. Just tough to get together the key money for the lot plus a deposit on a home when we are still paying our mortgage on our current home, that we need to live in till ITH is built. I wish it was possible to get the lot and have a longer timeframe, understand it’s 30 days, to put the deposit on the home, after obtaining the lot. Watching Randy & Amanda’s videos for years. Have learned a lot about their process & the Newport area. Sure is a beautiful area. I understand the need for infrastructure $, and support such, however, at this point it sounds that there is a rather large list of homes that ITH has to built to fulfill existing orders. That is one point as to extending the period of time to place your order & deposit on the home you like. It appears that your home may not be built for 6-9 months if not longer.

What concerns me about the communities you’re building is what happens down the road? The lots are 200 a month, but what if you decide to sell the land? Then the new owners can raise it up to 800 a month if they want to. These tiny homes are amazing if you have some land of your own. If you don’t, good luck finding some in East Tennessee for a decent price.

Oh Randy, I wish I could order, sign, pay, and be living in an 8x20 right now, I just don’t have the money to put down,😢 and with all due respect the land lot fee of $15,000 turns buying the RJO double the price $30,000, and the i-box over $40,000. They are great prices, for solid and well designed homes. Especially for people who have there own land, but for the people who want to live in, and enjoy one of your communities, $40,000 for an 8x10 i - box is a tuff nut to crack for the people who need it.😢I don’t expect anything to change, You’re going strong and someday I hope to live with the ITH family. I felt I should to point it out, so you take that $15,000 into consideration when you make your videos.

The process may not work for everyone, but it's definitely still affordable housing. Look how much you'll be saving on lot rent, compared to placing it in a mobile home park or any other tiny home community out there. Good luck finding one that's under $700/mo! In the ITH communities, you'll be paying either $200 or $300.. and your buy in money means that you get a break from having to pay monthly lot rent at all for the first two years, right? Sure, it's not easy to come up with a big chunk of change at once. But once you do, you'll find yourself in an extremely affordable living situation in a lovely little home and safe, friendly community!

@@daylilyz Not true. Mobile home parks don't make you pay to move in, i.e. $10k or higher. And to clarify, you no longer get "free" rent. Once your home is put on a lot, you start paying rent. Those rental prices won't stay the same either. In addition, there are folks out there who have paid their "key money" months ago and still waiting to move in. Those Mountain lots may all be sold, but there is no way in hades all those lots have renters. Mountain and Grove are barely livable. Jones ain't keeping his promises to people.

You are right, but you don’t know peoples situations. I’m in a Mobile Home Park now. Pay $715 a month. A year after moving here I found out my house is a swamp of toxic mold behind the walls. I’m now very sick. I cannot start treatment until I’m out of the mold. Only flippers will buy my house now. If I sell to them, then I have no-where to go. I know ITH is less expensive, I want to live in one of their communities so badly, and the idea of living in a metal home is a Godsend to me. That probably sounds silly, but it means being healthy to me. mold loves wood, drywall, gypsum. If I could get $15,000 my contract would be signed, and payed for. ITH doesn’t do the 2 months free rent anymore. If they did, I’d jump on that. So I know all too well that not only am I paying a ridiculous high rent. I pay that for a contaminated house, that I can’t get out of, and is making me sicker and sicker as time goes on. So I hear you. I feel like I’m living in Hotel California- “You can check in anytime you want, but you can never leave.” 😢

Liberty Bank. I don't know if Randy still recommends it but he did a video about it with his big mouth and false promises before doing extensive research. Just like he did with South Carolina and Nevada. Jumping the gun on KZbin to get money before going through the established, legal steps. Advertising with nothing to show for it. Remember the General Store he was going to build in the Nevada Incredible Tiny Home Community? Lord. He didn't have a series of established and completed information from local government officials.
