Fully agree! I would love for my son to go up and seriously look at buying a tiny home!! We have the land… but he thinks he wants a “real house” which is out of range for him! He needs to speak with Jacob and see his place.

Jacob, I really like your floor plan and you being able to sit comfortably in the living room and then sleeping in the loft was quite a joy. In addition, you are the first homeowner in ITH community that has a small washing machine and dryer in one unit called the DECO. Jacob, I will be moving into The Grove soon and I will be living in the 8 x 20 Incre-I-Box. I love how you have added the washer/dryer underneath the sink. As an active male I agree having a washer/dryer to wash clothes from a spin class, a hike, or a game of pickleball is a must. God Bless you my brother in Christ!

I really like how this home has just the one window in the back and the two sides without. Some people probably prefer more windows but when I look at the designs I find that when there are no windows on the 2 sides in the living room it allows so much more options for placing furniture and tv's and such.

Hi from Arizona Flagstaff. True here in Flagstaff. The rent is up and over a thousand and plus a month. And with utilities it is much like more than 15 hundred. So.. what Jacob is saying is true. It is always time down size to what would be yours. On the reservation they call tiny homes. (divorce houses) hahaha. I'd rather get one. So I have something to sleep in. When I go back home. That is so nicely decorated for Christmas. Thank you for sharing your house with us. The yellow lights look really nice against the exterior siding of the house, and the garland gives it a nice touch. Jacob has decorated the inside of his house so nicely and has gotten it set up just perfectly. I would have gone with the vented washer/dryer combo and done small loads, and you can do one load on one day and other loads on other days. I like the bathroom and kitchen on one end and the Livingroom/sleeping area on the other end.
