Believe it or not, you guys are saving Americas homeless crisis. We need to fight for ZONING in your local communities for homes like this. It’s disgusting to see that counties and cities try to force people to go in debt to be homeowners. Everyone watching get involved in your local government so we can change this. If it wasn’t for work I’d move out there to TN in a heartbeat.

I agree with everything you said! I wish there were more people like Randy and Amanda in this world. It would be a better place. It just feels that they care for everyone that works there like they are members of their own family and it touches my heart. Hearing how they’re going to help everyone there with their retirement by giving them incrediboxes to rent is a bigger gift than any retirement would be. I love watching them, and hearing all of the stories so many people have gone through a lot in their life and they don’t reach out to others. And then there is Randy at Amanda. I thank the universe for both of you and all that you’re doing. The people that come to Tennessee to live in your communities, for the most part seem to be making deep friendships and helping one another. It’s such a beautiful thing. ❤❤❤

I'm in the Grove and what I strive for is this. If I want good neighbors, I need to be a good neighbor. I'm far from perfect, sometimes I don't think of things where I can help in a timely manner, but that is the goal I strive for. The Groovy Grovers I've met so far have been really nice, and I've enjoyed meeting and talking with them. I look forward to getting to know them better, and meeting other Grovers. I knew exactly what I was getting in the Grove, researched, studied, measured areas out. I'm happy to be here!

Randy and Amanda, I don't even know where do start. You both are just so down to earth and so inspiring to so many people. I want to thank you for all the awesome videos. Your company is truely "incredible". Just so you know you have helped so many people not only with a home but with these videos. I have been following for a few months now and I am trying to catch up on all the videos. My name is Chris and I am a 64 year old retired man living in North Central Florida in a 2/2 manufactured house that I rent and I am wanting to buy a tiny home to call my own. I hope I can buy one of these awesome homes. You both have made me laugh and cry with all you stories. Thanks again for all you do.

@@Faithful525 Thanks so much for saying that. Its amazing that you say "called". I am renting a beautiful house on 2.5 acres. But there are no neighbors around me. It is very quiet but I would rather be surrounded by people that I could lend a helping hand. Randy and Amanda are 2 very wonderful people. If I could help them that would be great also.

You two are a good couple and have worked hard for what you have achieved. How a company deals with negative reviews or comments is telling. Sometimes folks have a point . And that information can be used to improve a service, product or situation . Other times, it may be that the person complaining is just never happy with anything and so nothing has to be improved or changed. A company should never find it difficult to hear something negative - it means the customer, right or wrong, still took time to communicate. Because, the thing to fear is the customer who just silently walks away and spends their money elsewhere.

Great start to the video, very cool effect! …Quite a few people seem to get stuck emotionally in middle school or high school where they can’t progress or develop past age 12 or 14 or whatever age and just live there for the rest of their life, never maturing, reacting to events and people like they’re still 12 or 14. And if you can realize that’s where people are, and that they’re stuck, and really it’s not you, it’s them, they just got triggered and only have one way that they know how to react, which happens on autopilot. So it can be frustrating to deal with an adult who responds like a 12 or 14 year old when triggered, but realize you just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, it’s their issue not yours! Easier said than done in the moment, but that realization makes it easier to deal with…

Oh my God Amanda that story about you going to Middle School sounds exactly like my family. I grew up on Long Island in Levittown and my parents used to get our sneakers out of the bin at the end of an aisle in Pathmark supermarket! LoL. All my friends were wearing Gloria Vanderbilt jeans and all that fancy stuff and I was wearing no name jeans. But I'll tell you what, not once did I ever think I was that different from anybody else. My father worked two to three jobs and most of the time my mother was fighting leukemia and recovering from a stroke when I was 11 years old, so we had more important things on our mind than what brand name of clothing we wore. We never lacked for anything and my favorite memories are when we couldn't afford electric in the middle of winter and we had to use a Franklin stove for heat and for cooking! Mind you I grew up in the suburbs! Not in the middle of the woods where I live right now. My parents did the best they can and I'll tell you what I taught my children the same to look for bargains and not worry about fancy name brands they are now 26 and 29 and are frugal shoppers. My parents were well loved by all my friends who had those fancy items and my house was the house everyone came to when it was time to celebrate anything! I'm poor but only in money I am very wealthy with the family that I have. I think that is why I absolutely love watching and listening to your stories because it's not very different from my story. Love you guys and God bless you as you continue doing what you're doing. Don't ever give up hope don't ever get yourself down over one or two stupid comments from people who are unhappy with themselves! ♥️😊🙏

Those people need to stop the ugly.talking and back up the talk with helping a persons home area look better. I work 2 jobs and I have helped my fellow neighbors and coworkers out financially, cooked meals for them when they were sick and borrowed them money when their gas and light was about to be cut off and I still have yet to get paid back and I leave it alone. I have had a hard life, but GOD had blessed me with my jobs that allows me to touch peoples lives with a smile, a hug and I have met Amazing people and to me that is a Blessing! Crabapples have the prettiest bloom....that street will be lovely in a few years! You both have such dear and caring hearts; we all are blessed to have you as neighbors and friends (I haven't actually met you yet, but feels like sweetness anyway).

You guys would do so well on tiktok!! there's a lot of young people lookin' for affordable places to call home and have a wonderful community! the current tiny homes being shown on tiktok are either cheap sheds from home depot or luxury $200k homes that no one who needs a tiny home can actually afford!! I don't know of a single other company that does it like ITH

Amanda my grandchildren grew up with the same peer pressure as you. As a grandmother I bought the jeans and sneakers they needed to fit in. It’s sad but true and my sensitive grand daughter has anxiety now related to the bullying she faced.

*QUESTION* 7-24-23 Is this $15,000 RHO with mini split and bay window special *still available ?* If so, how much money has to be sent in with the contract ? Can it go on Buffalo Creek ? How much is key money for Buffalo Creek? When would it be ready to move in ? Thank you.
