- 2 eggplants
- 5 lasagna sheets
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 30 ml of water
- 30 ml of olive oil
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- 1 glass of milk
- 25 g of butter
- 1 heaped tablespoon of wheat flour
- Salt, pepper

Le melanzane sono il mio ortaggio preferito,cucinate in qualsiasi modo. Proverò questa ricetta ☺️ nella seconda ricetta si riesce quasi a sentire il profumo di basilico 😅😅. Trova le differenze....non c'è più il cerottino nel ditino.....😂

Can you please specify how thin are the eggplant slices? I tried to reproduce your recipe however I found that cooking the eggplants for 25 minutes at 200C resulted in eggplant chips not suitable for lasagna. I figured I should reduce the cooking time and perhaps the temperature as well to 180C.

No se porque no enseñan su cara, no entiendo? Pero si su medio cuerpo que feo se me hace estar mirando la parte de abajo y no su cara. Me pregunto? A mi no me gustan mucho la lasaña y menos la veregena pero esta parece que está a toga le. Y su bigote y barba no me gusta porque se ve rara . Mejor enseñar su cara completa y poder verse mejor. 😊
