Incredibly delicious shrimp pasta! Simple, quick, and exceptionally tasty!
An Italian classic: The recipe for Pasta Alfredo. In this video, I share the recipe for authentic Italian pasta - Pasta Alfredo - with you.
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti ... 250 g
- Garlic ... 5 cloves
- Shrimp ... 250-300 g, I used 600 g
- Cream (35% fat) ... 50 ml
- Parmesan cheese ... 50 g
- Salt and pepper ... to taste
- Olive oil ...
Step-by-step instructions:
Hello dear friends! Today I’m cooking spaghetti with shrimp. This is probably the most popular pasta in the world. It's quick and easy to prepare. In just 20 minutes, you'll have a delicious lunch or dinner on the table.
I chop five large garlic cloves. Garlic gives this pasta a unique flavor, so you should use a lot, but you can adjust everything to your taste.
I bring water to a boil for the spaghetti.
In a pan, I add a small amount of olive oil. In the video, I used butter.
I’ve prepared the shrimp, washing and cleaning them.
I sauté the garlic until it smells pleasant.
I sauté the shrimp in the pan for about 30-40 seconds until they change color and turn red. The heat should be medium.
Now, I pour the cream into the pan.
For the recipe, I use cream with 35% fat.
I add some of the water in which the spaghetti was cooked to the sauce.
I add the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley or cilantro.
Mix everything well.
I let it simmer over low heat for three minutes, stirring constantly.
I set the shrimp aside.
Preparing the spaghetti:
I add salt to the boiling water.
The spaghetti should be cooked in plenty of water.
Today I use thin spaghetti from Barilla.
I cook them for 3 minutes.
It’s important not to overcook them. Mine are a bit overcooked.
The spaghetti is ready. I take them off the heat.
I put the spaghetti on a plate and pour the sauce with the shrimp over them.
Everything is ready.
I serve it.
I sprinkle the finished dish with Parmesan cheese.
