Tx CR - simple and well demonstrated - great drill for creating an easy, repeatable backswing. I use that reverse club trick a lot - makes a big difference and helps keep the swing on plane.

Yes same backswing principles, delivery would be slightly different due to loft and ball up on a tee

Here is what i really don't understand. Other people would describe that hammer the post wrist movement as wrist cock, and wrist hinge as the wrists moving the club head further behind the ball. Are there two schools of thought on what the wrists do in the golf swing?
