It definitely is. They are doing exactly what olsa tools did with their ratchets. It's basically a rebranded LP90

VIM actually makes a lot of tools for other tool brands. They have discussed this on their KZbin channel. They are contractually prevented from stating which brands partner with them though.

VIM is made in Taiwan/China. Just because it says "USA" means nothing.
