Incredibly delicious Kiev cutlets with minced meat/Ukrainian cuisine
In this video I share the recipe of my all-time favorite chicken dish. This is a simple and quick recipe for Kiev cutlets made from minced chicken. Incredibly juicy and tender meatballs will not leave anyone indifferent. This recipe is perfectly integrated into the menu for every day or for the festive table. This dish can be served with any side dish, such as potatoes, vegetables, buckwheat or pasta. I usually use a double batch (like in this video) and freeze some. Ingredients for 19-20 cutlets:
Chicken fillet - 2 kg.
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Butter - 250 gr.
Fresh dill - to taste
Salt - 2/3 tbsp.
Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Dried garlic - 0.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil, breadcrumbs and flour - for frying
Fry over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning constantly
