Incredibly simple, easy and delicious! Anyone who tries the rolls will want them again.
Soft and easy buns!
RECIPE for beautiful rolls.
170 ml warm milk.
40g sugar.
25g melted butter.
Mix everything together.
1 chicken egg.
1 egg white.
6 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Sift 420 g flour.
2g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
I add flour little by little.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add 25 ml vegetable oil.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.

Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 190°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!

The buns are fluffy and soft!
These rolls are great for tea and coffee!

Too much dough and no filling,like many previous videos. Whats the point to change the shape of the bun if it is plain dough inside?
