I just found you. I was looking around for a nice quiet video with soft music in the background. I’m a single man and this is a great recipe for when it’s my turn to cook for the boys watching hockey and college football. Those ribs were so lean, and of course the roasted Yukon Gold potatoes are a perfect match. I also like the little vase of flowers. I notice these things. Well done. I’m looking forward to more. 👍
