I can't begin to define how absolutely hard that is to obtain, regardless how 'good' a band is!!! I have said Incubus is my all time fav band of all time since discovering them as a child in the late 90s. And I stand by that decision til this day and doubt I'll ever change that. They have nailed every 'genre' they've evolutioned thru!!! It's insane to me how catchy they have made insanely deep and intuitive concepts, thoughts and ideas

A Crow Left Of The Murder is by far their best and most sophisticated body of work, along with Light grenades after. Highly disagree with this statement. Ben Kenny made them a far better band. Dirk was a good bassist no doubt, but once you realize how much more advanced their writing became starting at a crow left of, it’s hard to listen to the old stuff. True musical evolution.

Guys, if you happen to be participating in a beat contest, pick this song! Its one of the best song to learn. Its easy to learn quick, all instruments...guitar, bass, drums and vocals were elevated at their own time.(If you doubt it, listen the whole song from the beginning again). No guitar licks or sweeps...just pure solid tight riff, that straight away pulls the listeners with a smooth pattern of effects. This provided a path for other instruments to dive in. Bass...you wont easily find another song which can show off the bass throughout. And the drums....all the beats are prominent throughout. Plus, as a band, you can convince majority of the judges as the whole song is so good. And that sick ending too....
