[ Malaysian Style Rendang ] A Day In The Life of a 25 Year-Old Filipina! Countryside, Philippines!

Hi Friends, good day.
I hope you are all doing well.
Today, my Aunty and a Friend visited us, so I prepared something special for everyone.
I'm making Rendang, but I'm using Carabao meat. I bought the meat last week, so today I'm cooking it.
I hope you enjoy this video with your family, my friend.
Ingredients
Rendang Paste
15 Pcs dried Labuyo Chili's
4-5 lemongrass stalk
1 tbsp Galangal paste if you have(I forgot to put mine😩)
2 -3 thumb size ginger
6 Pcs small size onion
1 ball of medium size garlic
Ingredients for Cooking
2 tbsp Oil
1 kilo Carabao meat
2 pcs star anise
6 pcs cardamom seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
Lemongrass
2 cups coconut cream
Coconut milk just enough to simmer the meat, adjust accordingly until meat is tender.
3-4 spoonful fish sauce
Turmeric leaves
1/4 cup ground roasted grated coconut (you can use coconut paste)

Rendang,I love beef or chicken rendang..nung ofw pa ako,pag tapos na yung Ramadan,lage kaming nagrerequest sa mga Indonesian friends namin ng Rendang,wag lang masyadong maanghang..darapt lalo na pag dry sya,malalasahan mo yung linamnam ng gata,kaso pag napasobra ka naman ng kain,kubeta labas mo hahaha..pero super sarap
