This is a very helpful video. The pace of explaining complicated concepts is nice and easy and never let go of the attention. Please keep uploading more content. However, one thing I never find on KZbin is videos of someone sharing actual work screens and how they are using actual software like MS Azure, JIRA or Dev-OPS in day-to-day functions. Such videos would be more appreciated.

Thank you so much for the feedback - we actually can not show videos of actual work because we mostly work on very sensitive systems/logic and etc. I will try to show screens using case study examples

Also kindly explain what should I focus on BA. Because BA comes with spectrum of names . It’s really confusing.currently looking this for ERP analyst role. Is it the right course? I was in SAP finance functional previously.

Hi Sarabjit. In one of your videos kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z6qkeouFgrejga8, you have mentioned that PM is responsible for creating Requirement management Plan timestamp of 7:26. In this video at 9:20 timestamp, it is mentioned that BA is responsible for RMP in the Planning phase as a deliverable. Which one is correct?

Both can be correct - either the PM or the BA can be responsible for creating this document. All depends on the organization and how they define PM vs BA role.
