I had Indy titanium’s break on flatground 3 times now - I’m not that heavy and wonder if other ppl had the same issue?
Indy titanium axles bent. Actually all titanium truck axles bent. They are light though.

Yeah I'm sure they can bend but I've been skating mine for 10 or 11 months now and they haven't bent yet. When I skate standard or hollow I bend them in a month or 2.

@@ThePlugCoMedia i guess non of em last. I'm 238 and have skated venture lo 5.0 standards, theyre still good. Indy titanium 139 and ventures titaniums 5.2 . Both bend. Could be that wider axles are more prone to bending due to more leverage to do so. Like trying to bend a really short pole vs a longer one. 😅 .

@@ThePlugCoMedia long reply. In short i loved my ventures titaniums. And would buy them again. When i skate bigger trucks.

how does a light truck affect your skating compared to a heavy truck? also what deck size do you skate?
@ThePlugCoMedia Жыл бұрын
I skate an 8.125 deck. And I would say yeah, the light truck does affect my skating in a positive way. It's easier to get the board up for ollie's and easier to get the board around for flip tricks. If you're a street skater and do flip tricks then I'd suggest lighter trucks. If you mostly skate transition then It doesn't matter too much.

Indy trucks quality sucks now. Kingpins rattle loose from the baseplate, axles slip, and what's up with the pivot cups??? I'm a C level old man skater, and have had all these issues. It's a bummer too, cause indy trucks skate well. Thier customer service is great though. You rip at skating, I could see how you would be wearing out trucks no matter what.
