Exactly... I so wanted to buy a 120Sqmtr plot there in Omicron 2 or RHO 2 but when I visited there, they are selling their prices for far higher prices. I am ready to buy a 120Sqmter between 65L to 70L but above that, I'd like go to Gurgaon in a high rise society.

Property prices in Authority sectors will keep rising until 2025 ....Do not listen to Mr Chandel. Mr Chandel speaks what Public wants to hear ..More happy public More Views and more like and more money to Mr Chandel. Reality is that people from all over North India are keen to invest in Gr Noida. The only planned city in North Region with New Airport

I was looking to buy in sigma 3 last year for self living with family. But just after July the rates skyrocketed and now a good condition house is minimum 1.50 Crore excluding transfer and registry charges. I have stopped hoping now.

I some what agree and disagree. Property prices will fall but not much because basic flat comes for 40 lacs. Here you are buying a land for 70-80 lacs. Construction cost now a days has gone steep up. If a person spend 8-10 lac on the built up house it will be in a condition for stay. I came across some videos that there are some industries are setting up. Considering new projects snd current property market as a whole, land price won't come down easily

Correct Dinesh, Land prices will go only up from here. This man pretends that he can predict the market. Poor people will keep waiting until prices go beyond their reach. Stock market or land prices there are both times when returns are low and then when markets reach new highs. But never beleive to some one if he says that markets will drop to a level where it was 5 years ago. Although people who want to buy should look for a good deal rather than waiting that plot prices will drop suddenly. Bhai angoor khate hain wali baat na ho jaye

Maket mein down fall bhi aata hai, jise share market mein correction kaha jaata hai aur wo property mein bhi aata hai. Mujhe aap ek financer se jyada kuch nahin lag rahe, tabhi aapko dard ho raha hai baar baar. Agar aapko lagta hai ki rate increase hote hi rahenge to aap khushi se property lijiye.

Great information. I visit greater noida after watching your video. Very low population in greater noida & its feel like a haunted place even in the daytime. Most important is no major top-end earning jobs and businesses in Greater Noida and the current price is not suitable for actual buyers... Most people in Greater Noida have jobs in the manufacturing sector and the current price is not suitable for that income group..

Chandel ji, I have always appreciated your insights and this video is indeed helpful however I don't entirely agree with your view in this one. I heard you in the Sigma 3 video that the rates once increased rarely come down hence now this statement of yours contradicts your self The % of appreciation of sectors like sigma 3 in the last 20 yrs have been about 500% which is almost at par with Delhi areas of Model Town , Kamla Nagar and Rajouri Garden with this airport coming I am sure that the in the coming 20 yrs with ROI will be much higher than 500% Also keep in mind that in last 20 yrs Greater Noida was = Crime/ Murder/ Robbery and that perception is changing significantly Rest all subscribers can take an informed decision basis past trends as well

कमीशन के चक्कर में कई प्रॉपर्टी डीलरों ने यहां रेट बहुत बढ़ा रखे हैं कई मकान देखने पर मालूम हुआ यहां सीलन बहुत है और दीमक भी बहुत है greenery का लालच देकर रेट बहुत बढ़ा रखे हैं इनके मुकाबले में बिल्डरों के इंडिपेंडेट मकान और विला काफी अच्छे और आकर्षक हैं

Nahin Society Flats mein bahut thoda increment dekhne ko mila hai. Aur society Flats keval wahi bhadte hain jo acche bane huye hain.

Rates may come down marginally due to some correction but not something worth waiting for. Eg- Ppl bought RIL shares at approx Rs 1010 in 2020 , today its trading at 2780 and although there have been minor corrections but its not going to go down at Rs 1000 again The same logic applies
