"Linky no worky" -LOL! I agree, shared destination links are a pain. I use Keith Gilbert's script at the end of every layout (before finalizing) to clean them out. One click and they're fixed. It has saved me so much time (and frustration) over the years.

Could you use eventlistener to run Keith Gilberts script automatically when you save a document?

I tried unchecking the Shared Hyperlink Destination, but they still came up missing when I opened the file after someone else made edits to it. Any other ideas on how to prevent missing hyperlinks?!
