Sir, your explanation is very satisfied.I would like to state that during this month I sold my property for 7130000. 1% tds on sale of property deducted and issued TDS certificate.I have purchased land on 1994 and then build house 1995 total amount to 8 lakhs . And during 2001 first floor was constructed and compound wall raised 4 sides total cost 1300000.Now I sold my property 7130000.Now I have to purchase house building. for 45lakhs. Can I eligible for getting 1% tds amount of 71300.kindly clarify on this matter.

if I had invested 10L and if the current sale price is 50L, should we invest 40L in capital gains bond or the entire 50L amount? is capital gains bond safe?

@@karthi221283 40L in capital gain bonds. Or pay 12.5% tax and invest in mutual funds. Capital gain bonds are safe. But interest rate is only 5.25%

I purchased houses through NA Divine or Bashyam group They cheated nothing as per approved drawing no water or sewage clearance . Walked away over night . So purchase from any one other than Bashyam builders ..

Sir I bought land for 20 L BUT I HAVE REGISTERED THE DOCUMENT RATE FOR 15 L NOW IT IS SELLING AT 45L ON MARKET VALUE AS PER GOVERNMENT VALUE 20L can I deposit only 20 L will they ask to pay tax for government value

@@AnuShri... yes. But it should be residential property. It's Allowed upto 2properties. If you already have 2residential property, you will not get tax benefit for 3rd property.

Sir , request you to kindly reply to my query - I hv purchased an unapproved housing plot in 2013 for 7 lacs . - I will be selling it now for 30 lacs - with that money plus my savings I want to purchase another plot for 35 lacs - I’ll be constructing a house in the new plot 2-3 years later . - Right now I hv 2 Apartments in my name and out of which for 1 apt the property tax name is then the old owner still . I’ll be selling that apartment 2 years later and use that whole money constructing the house . Question Do I hv to pay tax after selling my land and buying another land ? Both lands are residential but not approved . I can apply and get approval. Kindly clarify . Thanks in advance 🙏

Gifting is not taxed. When you sell you have to identify the fair market price in 2001. That will be considered as purchase price.
