I was selected as digital specialist engineer at Infosys based on my skill, test and an interview in year 2022. Post that there is no sign of joining letter from their side. Lady is saying IT sector is not in good condition but in year 2023 they also hired candidates. Why random selective treatment giving joining to some and denied joining to some candidates who are also selected.

My friends, who ever is commenting to find out another options....... does they doing mistake when selected carrier in IT field? Why this people joining Banks & Finance companies as sales staff??? Somewhere something is missing...... lots of engineering colleges syllabus isn't match with market demand. And don't commenting like Mr. Modi & there devotees..... chay & pakoda bechna bhi ek opportunity he.... rojgar he. One young person is doing hard work in studies, there parents are taking financial & social burden than after complete there studies for tea stalls & roadside shops.

IT will not be generating jobs at mass scale anymore. That is the reality. The bature of jobs have changed with advent of AI and other geopolitical situation. Companies will still continue to grow and provide taxes an revenue but they will not ve mass employers anymore
