Dear Jist, thanks for sharing such a video where we can see the pain behind the gig culture. However, there are few thing I want to convey in hope they reach you. There was a man who said with teary eyes that he did not tell his family about his job. You should have had the courtesy to blur his face. Please remember, this is a gig culture where they are paid by the time they put. And you sure took a lot of their time for your interview. This directly put a lot of pressure on those guys especially the last one. I presume you must have paid them enough to cover their loss of pay that day. Thanks.

Bhai zomato jab 50rs delivery charge lgata hai, tab aap zomato ki customer service ke paas jaake complaint karte ho ki etne jada kyon. Zomato hmare se paise leke hi delivery guy ko deta hai. Agar ham hi nahi denge to delivery guys ko paise kese milenge? There's a TIP option after and before a delivery. On every delivery start giving 500rs as a TIP. Kya aapne aaj tak tip di hai? kya aapko pta bhi tha ki there's an option called TIP?

The man who says his family doesn't know and he wears a shirt when he goes back - I am really not sure what will happen when his family sees this video.
