About the speaker:
Shri J. Sai Deepak is an engineer-turned-litigator, practicing as an arguing counsel primarily before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. he has been part of several landmark matters, such as the ones relating to the Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple, the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, and Basmati Geographical Indications. He has authored two books - “India that is Bharat: Coloniality, Civilisation, Constitution” and “India, Bharat and Pakistan: The Constitutional Journey of Sandwiched Civilisation”.

JSD is an inspiration motivation etc etc., But this is one man voice.UCC move by Govt should be published /broadcasted asked for public opinion esply Anand Renganath & Sai Deepak they should be in pannel on behalf of Hindus on discussions. Otherwise we r not for it , not in favour of govt for convenience. Previous Govt fir 75 yrs took decisions on their own without consultating any legal advisors from Hindus. That govt was in favour of muslims & Christians, simply posing as if they r minority. If a community is minority then they can be provided free education in govt schools but not imposing stress on Hindu community. But not free jobs, free money in lakhs without competing taking a promotion without his/her efforts. Merit should & must be the criteria. Those were Vote Bank fly oriented govt. Now atleast Modiji govt should think before framing any policy in UCC
