I am very much certain Pager like attack had happened on Indian ex-CDS Bipin Rawat. Our weapons bought from other nations can have implanted explosives or malware in software that trigger overheating and thus causing weapons to malfunction. India is buying 31 MQ-9 from USA and have bought apache and chinook. I fear the same thing might have done on those platforms as well.
