Government should make more "artificial lakes" with bigger and massive water intaking capacity to reduce floods type situations and "Water grid system" by which they can transfer the water of flooded's river into another river which are not flowing at the Risk rates. MANREGA Schemes can be helpful in these projects and water will also not get wasted by flowing into oceans without any use. And also save yearly infrastructural loss and money happening by the floods.
