Three years back my son booked a flat in Thane,it was open house exhibition for booking the flats,the option was the priority to choose the flat,the condition was to pay advance of Rs.40,000/ non refundable,which was oraly told.We did swipe our card ,but unfortunately we could not decide to go for it,within two or three days we called their office and ask for refund of Rs.40,000/ the answer was big NO.from them,I told them that I will be complaining to Consumer Office,they told openly wherever you want to complain we are not bother,but your money is not going to be refunded.Their track record in Mira Road is also worst.I think just sucking poor peoples money they have become rich,such builders should not be allow to carry on the business.
