@MsJelena 🙏🌺 yes in upma there are no hot spices🌶️...idlis (the white things on the right side of the plate) are made of fermented rice and lentils and have no spices ...the hot spices🌶️ are in the sauce called sambar which is served along with idli...you can eat only the idli and not the sauce...idlis are also served with coconut chutney ... most Indian traditional foods are spicy, sometime too much !!!🌶️🌶️🌶️

Its lesson learned for everyone, not only for you. Many things happen like this not only in India but also in other countries. Maybe next time you can use an anti-theft backpack . And you carry it with you cause its like a body bag, not like a roller luggage where there might be a chance somebody can take it when you are busy with other papers in the airport.

You're lucky. Documents are very important. I suggest you have duplicates and have them notarized. Also save info on your laptops. Money is replaceable but losing documents would entail a lot of hassle.

It must be hand carried put it in ur different compartments of ur bag, especially if its money!!! In my decades of experience in travels, God forbid i never experienced such big lost! Just once 20 plus years ago i left my cellphone in the hotel bed in a far country & bad enough were already in the plane back to PH when i noticed that its not in my bag!!!but at least only a cheap Cellphone not apple as there was no apple yet at that time!!!

@@MsJelenaI’m sorry to hear you lost money. It’s a hard lesson to learn. Different situation for me, the hotel workers went into my room even though I put Do Not Disturb on the door. They took all my money I left beside the safe. I was in a rush I thought I put money inside the safe. I filed complaint with hotel and police report nothing happened. It’s a mistake I will never do again
