Let's get this right, India's rise to this point didn't start with Kohli or MSD, it started with Ganguly making the team believe that India were no less than anybody and that India wasn't scared of anybody. Although he wasn't here, this was Virat Kohli's team, make no mistake. This team oozes Virat's attitude. Jinks is a great calm captain in his own right and a worthy lieutenant to Kohli, the ying to his yang. I think everyone misses out on the point that this Indian team is a product of the modern India. Just like the previous generation of cricketers were a product of the world they lived in. All greats, but India now stands at the cusp of something greater not just in cricket but also in terms of a nation, you can chart a parallel between India's trajectory as a nation to our fortunes on the cricket field. The Journey that started in 2000 with dada becoming the captain, through Dravid, Kumble, MSD has now culminated in this team led by a young, confident and resilient young man leading a bunch of young men who mirror the faces and aspirations of a nation.

It was sheer counter carnage by two guys Shubman And Pant. Full credit to Rahul Dravid, who is responsible for such talent Hunt. Shubman was hitting local Indian men in India and suddenly he started hitting similar way to Cummings Hazelwood and Starc. Very very formidable Bodyline attack by Ausies which they very much defied during Bradman's era. Cummins Comming Round the wicket and target was not the wicket, but it was Pujara and he had some blows and Punch Drinks. Eventually the better team won. Ausies were not at all at ease they were at their very best but India A Team faired better off them at Fortress Gabba.
