It makes sense to have a high quality, high capacity rail system with double/triple decker on which computerised systems can offload and reload containers from and to ships. Easily possible and save lot of time compared to existing ones. The port loading systems and softwares along with rail systems is only required. Great idea. Except Oil, Gas, Coal it will work.
